Understanding Mental Fitness
Mental fitness is your ability to deal with life challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset. It is about learning to get to know yourself deeply, your internal programs, and ingrained habits. It is not about changing who you are, it is about reconnecting with who you are truly meant to be. Ultimately, it's about making conscious choices that work best for you at any given point in your life.

Breaking the Cycle of Negativity

To break free from our emotional rollercoaster of negativity and fear, the journey begins with building a better relationship with yourself.

This involves:

Patricia Ahern is a mental fitness coach, and she will be sharing more about this journey in her mental fitness presentations at Champneys Henlow on 14th / 15th October and 25th / 26th November.

Patricia is a Mental Fitness and Self Love Coach, Poet and published author who has been on a journey of self-discovery and emotional regulation, embracing like never before the vital, life enhancing, element of self-love. 

Working on emotional awareness and positive intelligence, which she never learnt growing up, has helped her build mental fitness and she has learnt that it is in the true essence of self where we find resilience, success, true happiness, and a fulfilled meaningful life.

On her path, Patricia has developed a newfound love for her unique creativity, and through the power of coaching having reconnected with her childhood self she can now regularly tap into her innate childhood curiosity, wonder, awe and imagination, which is a joy.

Patricia is passionate about helping people fall in love with their life and with themselves.
