An introduction to the wonderful ancient art of Yoga
The course is designed to teach the basic foundations of Yoga, covering the essential Asana (Postures) and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques). On completion of this course, you should be able to feel totally comfortable in attending any Yoga class and being able to confidently follow the class. You will also have enough Yogic knowledge to be able to do your own basic daily practice at home, confident that you are practicing in a safe and beneficial way.
This course is aimed at novices and beginners to Yoga but would also suit somebody with some previous Yoga knowledge but who perhaps hasn't practiced recently and would like to recap on the basic fundamentals of Yoga.
