Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses, and movement, Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine.


The practice of Kundalini Yoga works to enhance our experience of living as human beings through applying some foundational elements of the practice: kriya (movement), breath, sound, and meditation. The combination of these elements serves to bring us into a balanced and harmonious state of being.
Kundalini will give you an increased energy boost!


If you're new to yoga, Kundalini Yoga is a great place to start. This ancient practice combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and chanting to bring about a state of balance and harmony!


The clothing attire is White. Your instructor will be wearing white as this represents coming out of the darkness and finding the light.
